At Kiai Martial Arts, we've been serving Puyallup, South Hill, and surrounding areas since 2009 (over 15 years!), teaching both kids and adults valuable skills through martial arts.
The martial arts we teach include Jiyugata Shito-Ryu Karate, Sport Karate, Boei Shido, as well as adult group fitness classes.
We hold annual friendship competitions as well as a major competition at the Tacoma Convention Center (check out cityofdestinyclassic.com for tournament info).
